Independent financial analysis for decisions that matter

Financial modelling, valuation and strategic finance for companies weighing a major move — sharpened by AI-enabled research and reporting workflows, with human judgement always in the loop.

Some decisions are too consequential to make on a hunch: a major investment, an acquisition, a new market, a raise, a pricing move. I build the financial case behind them — the model, the valuation and the numbers that turn a plan into a decision you can defend.

I'm a Swiss-based, ACCA-qualified finance professional with two decades across institutional finance, and I design the AI-enabled workflows that make the analysis faster, more thorough and consistently rigorous. Entering Switzerland is my flagship specialism — one of several ways I help.

What I do

Five ways I help companies decide with confidence

Independent, rigorous financial work — delivered with AI-enabled workflows that keep it fast, thorough and consistent, with judgement always in the loop.

01

Financial modelling & valuation

Build the model and value the business or opportunity — including the economic-returns (HOLT/CFROI) lens most advisers can't offer.

02

Investment & business-case analysis

An independent read on whether a decision — an investment, an acquisition, a new line — actually stacks up, and where the risks really sit.

03

Strategic & fractional finance

Budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and reporting on an ongoing basis — a senior finance lead without a full-time hire.

04

AI-enabled finance & research workflows

Design AI-augmented processes for research, reporting, month-end and decision packs — with human review and source traceability, so your finance function does more without losing rigour.

05

Swiss market entry

My flagship specialism: the full financial case for a UK company entering Switzerland — revenue, costs, structure, currency and a 90-day plan.

The AI-native operating layer I built at Zenith Grove

Zenith Grove is my own investment company. Rather than bolt AI on for novelty, I redesigned its recurring analytical, financial, administrative and fundraising work as structured, agentic workflows — each with defined inputs, source-verification, decision criteria and human approval points. It's the same discipline I bring to client work.

Investment Research ManagerOwns the bottom-up research method and its canonical manual — research memos, screening and ranking procedures, methodology notes — with strict source discipline and a single source of truth.
Investment CommitteePrepares the quarterly investment-committee pack: portfolio performance, position and thesis review, risk checks, valuation updates and decision logs, produced consistently to policy.
AccountantRuns the month-end close — checklists, transaction review, reconciliation, expense classification, management accounts and variance checks — with a clean, reviewable audit trail.
ScoutSupports fundraising and relationship development: prospect research, relationship mapping, outreach planning, investor-material preparation and audience-tailored positioning.
Chief of StaffOrchestrates work across the operating agenda — prioritising, scheduling and sequencing tasks before deadlines, surfacing overdue work and keeping a weekly rhythm.

Not an enthusiast bolting on tools — a finance professional who designs the workflows, keeps judgement in the loop, and holds the outputs to an institutional standard.

Entering Switzerland? The management questions to answer first

Your UK accountant knows your existing business. A Swiss fiduciary can manage local filings. A lawyer can establish a company. But someone still needs to answer the management questions:

That is the role of the Swiss Finance Desk.

  • A clear go, test, defer or no-go recommendation

Who this is for

Built for companies facing consequential financial decisions

I work with founders, management teams and finance leads that:

need the financial case behind a major move — an investment, acquisition, new market or raise;

want an independent, rigorous read before committing capital;

need ongoing financial modelling, reporting or a fractional finance lead;

want to bring AI-enabled workflows into their finance and research;

are a UK company weighing entry into Switzerland — or already there without clear local reporting;

want clarity on how the UK–Switzerland double taxation agreement affects their tax exposure.

It is particularly suited to B2B technology, software, financial infrastructure, data, professional-services and other knowledge-led companies.

Institutional finance experience — and the AI-enabled workflows to deliver it

I'm a Swiss-based finance professional with around 20 years across asset management, private banking, financial analysis and audit — including multi-asset portfolio work at Deutsche Bank, UHNW and family-office advisory at UBS, investment consulting and HOLT/CFROI valuation at Credit Suisse, and financial-statement analysis at PwC and KPMG. ACCA-qualified, with an MSc in Finance from London Business School.

At Zenith Grove, my own investment company, I built the investment and operating process from first principles — and designed an AI-enabled operating layer spanning research, reporting, decision packs and financial administration: structured, multi-step workflows with defined inputs, source-verification, decision criteria and human approval points.

I bring that pairing — institutional-grade financial judgement and practical, AI-enabled workflow design — to companies making consequential financial decisions. Where specialist legal, tax or regulatory opinions are required, I coordinate with the appropriate qualified advisers, rather than pretending one person should do everything.
